The night started off with a contract signing between Edmund
"Livewire" McGuire and Ax Stevens. Promoter Sean Chambers told both
that it is time to settle their differences once and for all. McGuire will now
face Stevens in an I QUIT match in West Frankfort, IL. on November 15th.
Chambers made the stipulation that McGuire and Stevens are to have no contact
what-so-ever between now and November 15th. If either violates the stipulation,
they are to be suspended for 6 MONTHS.
"The Golden Boy" Greg Anthony d. "Thee" Brandon Espinosa in a heated battle that many believed was the match of the night! However, Anthony's victory was tainted with controversy.

Carnage mauled and beat down Gary Jay throughout their match. Carnage hit his signature neckbreaker for the win. However, Jay got his foot on the rope before the count of 3. Carnage celebrated what he believed was his first victory in months before referee Scott Lintz informed him that he had not won. As Carnage went back to finish off Jay, Jay snuck out a quick pinfall!

"Bad Boy" Chris Thomas came out and reminded the fans that he should have received a title shot last month and not Shane Rich. Thomas claimed that Rich unfairly eliminated him from the battle royal last time AAPW was in Mt. Vernon. Rich came out and offered Thomas a shot at the title.
"Serial Thriller" Shane Rich d. "Bad Boy" Chris Thomas by disqualification when Mike Masters interfered and attacked Rich.
