Rage and the Submission Squad fought to a no contest. Both referees inadvertantly were injuried during the match. Both teams fought all through the Nashville Community Center!
All American Pro Wrestling Heavyweight Championship Match
Mississippi Madman def. Edmund "Livewire" McGuire to become the new AAPW Heavyweight Champion. "Serial Thriller" Shane Rich was the special guest referee. Madman missed a Mississippi Sault (top rope moon sault), McGuire connected with 3 superkicks to Madman and had Madman covered for the pin. Rich stopped his count at 2 claiming that Madman had a shoulder up. Words were exchanged between Rich and McGuire. Rich attacked McGuire and put him down with a TKO. As Madman came to, not knowing what transpired between Rich and McGuire, Madman took advantage of the injured McGuire and won the match. Rich continued to assault McGuire after the match. Promoter Sean Chambers ordered Rich to stop. Rich then punched the promoter and was subsequently suspended from AAPW for 90 days!
