The second episode of "Collision," Season Two, opened with Executive Producer Christopher Hagstrom hyping the main event AAPW Heavyweight Championship match between Edmund "Livewire" McGuire and Mike Masters.

Hagstrom seemed to get distracted and soon called over and introduced Sean Chambers, the owner of All American Pro Wrestling. Chambers complimented Hagstrom for his work with the show, and Hagstrom send it to the opening sequence.

No Limits Tournament, First-Round Match
Kyle Sykes vs. Sean Vincent

Vincent, making his return to singles action in AAPW after a lengthy absence, entered the ring to a chorus of boos and "U-S-A" chants. Sykes, also making his singles debut on "Collision," received a much warmer welcome from the crowd.

Vincent started the action with a headlock, but Sykes rolled through and got Vincent trapped in an armlock. The two locked up once again, and Vincent's power advantage became clear.

Sykes used his speed and agility to turn things around, taking Vincent to the mat with a series of armdrags and drop kicks. This would start off an exchange of control that would continue for the next stretch of the match.

Vincent slowed down the pace of the match, trying to keep his opponent on the ground and unable to use his high-flying offense. In the process, he managed to lighten up Sykes' chest to many shades of red with a series of chops.

Sykes used a running hurricarana to regain control, hitting a forward suplex power move of his own. His luck would be cut short, though, as Vincent once again took over the match.

Vincent tried to use Sykes' own offense against him, aiming to hit a moonsault but coming up short. Sykes capitalized with an atomic drop and a modified backbreaker, showing that even though he's outsized, he's not going to accept the label of being the weaker competitor.

In the end, though, Sykes came up short, eating a Death Valley Driver from Vincent.  With the victory, the cocky Canadian became the first man to advance to the semi-finals of the No Limits tournament and took the first step to being crowned the inaugural No Limits Champion.

Result: Sean Vincent d. Kyle Sykes

The reunited Team XXX of Jay Spade and Joey O'Riley had words for their opponents, Brandon Espinosa and Ace Hawkins. Formerly known as Elitism, Espinosa and Hawkins have since changed their name to Minor Threat, as seen in an interview exclusively on AAPW's YouTube channel. Spade told Minor Threat that while they may be friends, it is competition in the ring, and he and O'Riley were ready to bring it.

"Farmer" Billy Hills vs. "Old School Warrior" Ax Allwardt

"Collision" came out of commercial break with both men in the ring. Allwardt, a former number-one contender to the AAPW Heavyweight Championship, made it to the final three in a battle royale on the season premiere, only to be eliminated by Heath Hatton. Hills, meanwhile, was still looking for that big win to help take his career in AAPW to the next level.

The two big men start off with a lock-up, with Allwardt scoring the advantage. They went for it again, with "Farmer" emerging victorious this time around.

Allwardt scored the first big move of the match, bodyslamming Hills. Rather than following up, however, he took time to gloat about his accomplishments, allowing his opponent the chance to recover.
Hills responded with a series of three scoop-slams of his own, sending Allwardt spinning to the arms of his manager Gaylord Stevens.

"Farmer" decided to have a bit of fun with Allwardt, tricking him into a dance routine with a set of false test-of-strength challenges. But it wasn't all jokes; Hills followed up with a few big elbows.
Allwardt and Stevens tricked Hills into falling for some double-team assaults, and the "Old School Warrior" finally found himself in control of the contest.

As Allwardt set up for his patented piledriver, Hatton emerged at ringside and jumped up on the apron. Hatton equalized Stevens' involvement, distracting Allwardt and allowing Hills to rush Allwardt into the corner and score a school-boy pin for the victory.

This match proved to be the win "Farmer" had been looking for, and Allwardt and Stevens seemed none too thrilled about Hatton costing Allwardt the match. In Hatton's eyes, though, it was just payback for Allwardt doing the exact same in the battle royale.

Result: "Farmer" Billy Hills d. "Old School Warrior" Ax Allwardt

Team XXX (Jay Spade and Joey O'Riley) vs. Minor Threat (Brandon Espinosa and Ace Hawkins)

All four competitors start the match by shaking hands, showing each other respect. The fans were torn on who to cheer for, as Team XXX played a game of rock, paper, scissors to choose who would start the match. In the end, it would be O'Riley taking on Espinosa.

The two traded armlocks and submission holds, using their agility to escape each other's holds. Espinosa went for an early pin, but he couldn't keep O'Riley down.

Both men tagged in their partners, bringing Spade and Hawkins into the match.

These two also found themselves at a stalemate, ending ultimately with Hawkins sending Spade to the corner. The sportsmanship continued, though, as both men showed signs of respect.

Spade tagged O'Riley back into the match. O'Riley hit a running moonsault, to get the crowd cheering. Team XXX worked the quick tags, with Hawkins  winding up in control over Spade for a short stretch.

O'Riley used Spade's body to launch him into the corner, where he nailed a hurricarana on Hawkins. His ingenuity, though, allowed him to recover and tag in Espinosa, who came in a house of fire.

Team XXX would use a two-on-one advantage to take Espinosa out, but Hawkins was waiting, dodging a clothesline from Spade and hitting a dive on O'Riley. Spade took to the top turnbuckle and splashed onto the three others on the floor.

The action came back into the ring, where Spade and Espinosa traded moves and control. Minor Threat would soon find themselves with the two-on-one advantage, giving Spade a little payback for earlier.

With about 90 seconds remaining, O'Riley hit the ring, bringing a flurry of action to Hawkins and Espinosa. He scored a nearfall that was broken up by Espinosa, as the announcer called for the 60-second warning.

Espinosa sent O'Riley to the floor, and he and Hawkins worked over Spade, hitting a big double-team maneuver in the final seconds. But Spade would kick out.

As both members of Minor Threat looked on in shock, the match's 10-minute time limit expired.
As the fans chanted for five more minutes, both teams stood face-to-face in the ring, ultimately shaking hands and raising each other's arms in victory.

Result: Team XXX vs. Minor Threat ended in a 10-minute time-limit draw

AAPW Heavyweight Championship
Edmund "Livewire" McGuire vs. Mike Masters

Masters came out for this match carrying the chair that Jay Spade used to help Kevin Hunsperger defeat Masters at "Main Event." On his way to the ring, Masters spit in the face of a kid in the crowd and seemed to be even more aggressive than he has in the past.

McGuire came out to the raucous support of the fans, and as he entered the ring, he had to always been looking over his shoulder to make sure Masters didn't attempt to sneak attack him.

After the bell, both men get right to it, going for a lock-up in the middle of the ring. Neither man gains the early advantage. They went for it again, and Masters took the rules liberally to take control, but McGuire would rebound and even out the odds again.

Masters took to the outside to attempt to regain his composure. As he re-entered the ring, the two stared each other down again and went for another lock-up. McGuire continued to honor clear breaks at the referee's request, but Masters wouldn't show the same respect for the rules.

For the first time in this match, one man had a clear element of control, as Masters assaulted McGuire relentlessly, choking him in the corner on multiple occasions.

As Masters went for a sunset flip, McGuire reversed, barely holding his own and making it to the ropes. The fight, though, continued to the outside, where Masters continued to attack the champ, using the ring apron and guardrails as weapons.

McGuire soon gave Masters a taste of his own medicine, sending the challenger into the ring post and knocking him to the concrete floor on the outside. McGuire continued to attack Masters on the outside, attempting to hit a superkick while Masters rested against the post.

Masters moved, and sent McGuire's ankle right into the steel. The injured ankle became an easy target for Masters, who began targeting McGuire's lower leg with his next slew of offense.

McGuire fought back, obviously showing the pain he was experiencing in his ankle.  As he attempted a superkick, he collapsed from the pain, allowing Masters to set up and hit his own signature move, a Death Valley Driver.

Masters untied a turnbuckle pad to distract a ref, allowing him to pull something out of his trunks to hit McGuire with. By the time Masters got the referee's attention, though, McGuire was able to recover and kick out at two.

Unsatisfied, Masters grabbed the steel chair he'd brought to the ring , but the referee threatened to disqualify the challenger. Masters swung, McGuire ducked, the chair bounced off the ropes and hit Masters square in the face.

McGuire responded with a superkick and a pin attempt. At two, Masters put his foot on the bottom rope, but the referee didn't see it and awarded McGuire the victory.

Result: Edmund "Livewire" McGuire d. Mike Masters to retain the AAPW Heavyweight Championship
